Natalie is the founder of Enrooted Life, a somatic wellness practice focused on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable health from the inside out. She is a certified coach in fitness, nutrition, somatic/nervous system work, meditation, and corporate wellness, and works with individuals, groups, and businesses to support lasting change in health, performance, and overall wellbeing.
